HAR §16-115-8: two circles, inner 1-1/8 in, outer 1-1/2 in diameter; licensee name and 'Hawaii, U.S.A.' in outer annulus; 'Licensed Professional Architect' and license number in center. §16-115-9: under seal, statement 'This work was prepared by me or under my supervision' (or observation statement), signature and license expiration date.
