Code 30-12-7: a registered architect uses a Board-authorized seal only on technical submissions prepared under their direct supervision; building officials may not approve unsealed architectural submissions. Board rule 2CSR1 requires signature and date with the seal and covers digital/electronic sealing. Diameter and Figure A design are not verified here.
