21 NCAC 56 .1102: two concentric circles, 1-1/2 to 1-3/4 in. diameter. Outer ring 'North Carolina' and licensee name. Inner circle license number and 'Professional Land Surveyor'. 21 NCAC 56 .1103: seal may be rubber, embossed, computer-generated or other permanent facsimile. Handwritten signature over or next to it, date annotated, no facsimile signature.
