22 TAC §138.31: physical and electronic seals in the Board-authorized RPLS design (STATE OF TEXAS, REGISTERED, name, number, PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR), no larger than 2 in., with name and number clearly legible. Permanent ink image or impression. Legal name (no nicknames or titles). Rubber, impression and electronic all acceptable. A separate Licensed State Land Surveyor seal is required for LSLS.
