SDCL 36-18A-44 (as amended 2016): seal must show 'South Dakota', licensee name, license number and 'Land Surveyor' (may be prefixed 'Licensed' or 'Registered'). Legible, outer circle 1" to 2", inner circle 5/8 of the outer diameter. Embossed, rubber, computer-generated or Board-acceptable facsimile. Signature and date next to or across the seal.
