Iowa Code 542B.16 + IAC 481-1050.1 (eff. 4/10/2024): seal with the words 'professional land surveyor' ('licensed' optional, 'registered' not allowed), substantially conforming to Board samples; certification block with license number, renewal date, pages covered, printed name, original signature and handwritten date in contrasting ink; computer-generated seals allowed.
