Wyo. Code R. 037-0001-5 §1: crimp or rubber stamp seal (electronic acceptable if compliant), two concentric circles, outer 1-3/4", inner 1-1/4". Upper annulus 'Professional Land Surveyor' (or 'Professional Engineer & Land Surveyor'), bottom 'Wyoming'. Inner: name, license number, the word 'Date'. Signature and date superimposed over the seal. Pre-July 1, 2013 seals OK.
